MY ROLE: Director, DP, Offline/Online Edit, Final Color Grade, Interview Design
CHALLENGE: Creating a high-energy, recruiting commercial in one shoot day by capturing authentic BTS footage, weaving ten distinct interviews into a single, cohesive narrative, and managing interview performances from a large, non-professional cast.
SOLUTION: Executed a high-impact cross-cut edit to build narrative cohesion and built a custom, high-contrast color grade, delivering a unified, punchy fashion look. The final grade provided a polished, unified aesthetic, ensuring a highly persuasive marketing tool for the client.
