MY ROLE: Offline Edit, Online Conform, Creative Direction, Final Color Grade
CHALLENGE: Providing a quickly paced, visually disruptive edit while intentionally elevating the underlying narrative of distrust and dual-persona within the raw source footage.
SOLUTION: Executed a high-impact edit, using Kodak 2383 film emulation with custom grain and halation, a 4x3 aspect ratio, and various custom transitions to reflect a gritty, modern rap music video aesthetic.
